XLT4.1/2 neutral belongs to one-way thrust ball bearing, also known as ball thrust bearing or axial Deep Groove Ball Bearing. These bearings consist of a shaft ring, a housing ring, and a ball and cage assembly. The thrust ball bearing adopts an open design. These balls make them suitable for high speeds. Unidirectional thrust ball bearings can only be axially loaded in one direction. The axis can be locked in one direction in this way. Fundamentally, they must not be loaded.
Due to the detachable nature of the thrust ball bearing, the components can be easily installed separately. When assembling bearings, be careful not to confuse the shaft and housing ring. The collar is connected to the shaft. This ring rotates along the axis. The aperture of the housing ring is slightly larger, allowing the shaft to pass through with a certain clearance.
